Yeah, get exactly the same. When they have been high feel exhausted and want to sleep, when low get hot, feel weak and shaky. The latter is known as hypo warning symptoms and tell you to check your bloods and have something sugary if needed followed by a small long acting carb to sustain. because ive been stable for a period of time I usually get hypo symptoms when around 4.5. Always check first though if you are able as if you are coming down from an extreme high you may get hypo symptoms at much higher levels and do not sugar. If you think u r going to pass out have some sugar asap such as lucozade as liquid acts faster. You can always check after in these circumstances and give insulin if you were high.
