Hiya all um I'm just getting over a very bad case of adult colic annnnd a tummy bug god it was nasty but. What I need are some suggestions on how to calm the belly I mean I've never had one since being diabectic and I used to not eat proply for days but I can't go with out my tabs so guys girls any sugestions
Peppermint or ginger can calm an upset tummy.
Ginger tea is good and won't affect your figures. Sucking the odd mint would be fine.
