Hello, no problem, vegf is something we all have and helps maintain healthy cells, however in some diabetics vegf mistakenly produces new vlood vessels as a damage response in eyes. These vessels should not grow in pur eyes however and cause more damage as they are too fragile and bleed. Eye injections contain anti vegf which blocks it from entering eyes.
