Yesterday I tried two new to me foods and was delighted with them. The first for breakfast was a pot of Fage, had I known how beautifully thick and smooth it was I would have tried it sooner. With two raspberries it was not overly sweet (I have completely lost my craving for sweeter foods) but I think next time I will try it with almonds. A huge thank you to those who have recommended Fage, especially the lass who blogged about it.
The second meal was Cauli fried rice. As well as the cauli I had green beans, red pepper, 1 spring onion and garlic with it. I also tried Pink Himalyan Salt sprinkled liberally on it and the whole was stir fried in coconut cooking oil. So technically this was three new things, the cauli rice, salt and coconut oil. I can't tell you how much I enjoyed it, it didnt hurt that I calculated just 12g of carbs for this meal making todays total carb count one of my lowest when coffee/cream and tea/milk are included. Job's a good'un as we say oop noorth!

That certainly sounds very tasty. I've recently tried stir-fry veg and love it so using Cauli fried rice with beans, red pepper, spring onion with a touch of garlic is now next on the menu!!! Thanks very much for the introduction
Thank Guzzler just checked FAGE is available in Bangkok will try it as for Cauliflower Rice no hope here in the Land of Rice Rice. Maybe if I call it Grated Cauliflower I will be allowed to eat it.
