I have type 1 from past 8 years. I have mild pain and discomfort around naval. If I press my belly button it hurts from years with same if i press my below sternum.
Recently from 2 months I have developed not so severe back pain. The pain is mainly at middle and upper back. Sometimes it moves to either side also lower back and both lower sides.can anyone please help.
