type 1 diabetic meet up in Crewe , UK

Hi there
myself and another T1d( Claire ) i met on instagram are arranging a type 1 diabetic meetup
on 27th July , 2019 in Crewe.
Chosen for its great rail connections and mainly trying a north / northwest part of england / Wales

we are finalising the venue in the next few days once we have an idea of numbers

so far through instagram there are 7 confirmed and 5 probables.

we would love to have you join us.

an hour would be fab -- i will let you know the venue in the next few days --plans are from 12 noon till....................4 / 5 pm or so
 
I'm interested. If you can manage to include a 'type idiosyncratic' - insulin by pump though. I'm not far from Crewe.

update .......... 11 are confirmed and more possibles ( 7 )

venue to be confirmed by tomorrow --

it will be within walking distance of the train station

and if you are reading this and cant make it -- plans are being worked on for a second meet up in manchester sometime in october

Sounds a great idea. Just need to check a few work issues but should be able to confirm in 2 to 3 days if that’s okay.

woohoo !!!!! take your time ------------ venue is crewe arms opposite train station in crewe --- if you could confirm beforehand fantastic but dont worry if not
 
Count me in, please. I'm a Midlander, but Crewe is really easy to get to by train.

I've recently started a FB group called Cheshire Type 1 diabetics and they had thought about arranging some local meet ups too?

that would be fantastic if you want to come along
i tried looking for the cheshire T1 group on FB and it is a closed group -- and as i dont live in cheshire thought it might be a bit cheeky to join.

Hi there-- not sure if you are driving or taking train -- if train be sure to check for disruption due to planned maintenance on some lines
