My results were Monday formal diagnosis yesterday with my GP & there've been tears & tantrums (not all from me ) coupled with me almost abandoning my trolley in Tescos thinking what's the point??!!

These kind people assure me this will pass, that I will learn to love my Accu-chek and at the end a new, fitter, more energy to fly butterfly will emerge. I'm hanging onto that image like grim death. You can borrow it if you want ...
