Type 1: Fasting BS is high

Hello everyone
The last couple days i have high fasting BS were 157 , 164 mg/dl respectively i use short acting actrapid 8 iu 3 times but i eat heavy meals for those two days with family i increased actarapid for 30 iu and i measured bs was okay should i incraese my long acting i uses 20 iu from lantus . Please help thank you
 
Fasting readings of 157 (8.7) and 164 (9.1) aren't ideal, but aren't really anything to panic about. What were your bedtime readings the night before these fasting readings?

Do you carb count to determine your fast acting dose? It sounds like you're on fixed doses of act rapid but, obviously, if you are eating more carbs, it makes sense to increase the dose - maybe you should ask your medic for some advice on dosing.
 
I make check before sleep it is good but when i wake up it became too high

Do you have supper before bed? Usually if your morning is high due to dawn phenomenon and the correct amount of lantus will help to reduce them.
