I understand everyone has different sensitivity levels to insulin, but I was just curious on how long before people take their nova rapid before a meal?

Hi @Diabetic0100.
There is some confusion throughout your posts as to whether you are a Type1 or a Type2 on insulin.
Could you confirm your status so that this post can be put onto the appropriate forum with a possible edit to the title.
Many thanks.

I'm type 1 diabetic take my novorapid 10 minutes before b/f and lunch my dinner I take my novorapid and lantus about 2 hours before my evening meal that's probably why I have a high blood glucose reading the next mornings

I am Type 1.. Normally take my Novorapid five to ten minutes prior to eating but if I am eating out I will do it as my meal is put in front of me. The reason I do this is because on a few occasion I have gone Hypo waiting for a delayed meal or order...

I will normally take my Lantus just before going to bed (normally midnight - 1am)

I'm not on novorapid, but I inject bolus just before I eat and I use apidra.
