Hello. I am a newbie . I was diagnosed coming up 6 weeks ago with T2 diabetes with a hbac1 level of 118. I initially went to GP as I’m in terrible pain with my joints . Some days can barely walk . At the moment I’m doing the 800 calorie a day diet for 3 months . I saw a diabetic nurse but only really diet advise . The pain is really getting me down
