type 2 and volunteering

Type of diabetes

I have type 2. Am considering volunteering for the NHS: delivering food etc to those how are self isolating. Have looked at the online volunteer form, Good Sam, no way to enter any health condition details. I don't want to waste the Good Sam peoples time, does anyone know of any way of contacting them to explain the situation?
