Greetings to u all frm SA I hv been following this club for quite a while now. Since we seem to b in a same boat... it is quite difficult, scary and not nice at all. But having you guys will b comforting I guess, a lot of South Africans die of this everyday because of lack of education. I jst want to know more on the diet side. Hi guys!
