Hi,
I too was constantly hungry and tired. For me cutting out bread, pasta potatoes rice and any other wheat products solved these two nasties. I discovered this by accident. My son and I used to have bacon butties for breakfast. I was always starving hungry by 10 a.m. One day I ran out of bread and gave him the butties and just had my usual amount of bacon on its own. To my amazement, I didn't even think of food, until 1.00p.m.! From then on I ate more fruit, veg and protein and started to lose weight. You also need to drink water too. It takes a while to get used to the idea, but oddly, eating less can fill you more and give you more energy too.
As Pavlos says your health is up to you, and starting off on a better path is always tough, but the consequences of not doing so are so much tougher. I would hate you to be another 'if only....'
