The doctor said they going test me at Christmas see if I’m a type 2 I bought a blood sugar monitor I exercised lots did around 10000 steps a-day ate stuff what low carb when drank I drank ultra low I averaged 7/9 in the mornings I on holiday thought ****** it for 2 week now showing 10/11 am I still ok with readings like that or do I need to go back what I was doing don’t think I ever seen 5:5

During the day seem to average 6.5 to 7.9 I not exercised for 3 week it seem to stay lower then next week I exercise and low carb diet again see what happens rather try diet than ending up on tablets but once it went to 4 but only once. Thanks for reply
