Type 2's: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning?

5.8 an acceptable figure for me, on countdown for a small break to Spain on the 19th.

Got to have something to look forward to have a great day.
 
6.2 on a Sunny day in Glasgow....think it might even have gone above freezing
 
Morning all

5.1 fasting. Up in London with work today. Looks like a (very expensive) building site as always!
 
woohoo a 6.2 this morning lowest for a long time ...plus a 4 pd weight loss this week so down from a weighty 13.9 to a slightly less weighty 13.5

Good morning Clive, I still have a lot of pain in my leg after op. The movement is getting better but the swelling is bad. I'm just waiting for the heat wave so I could get out to the garden. Hope you're well
