Type 2's: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning?

Have you personally ordered anything from them, are they reliable?
Some of their prices are truly excellent.

Morning one and all. 5.0 fasting today.

As for the question Moshe. I have to admit I've not ordered anything from this company before. It turned up in an online pharmacy search I performed earlier this year, but I ended up using a different company to place my order as farmaline didn't have the item I wanted in stock. So, I'm afraid I'm unable to personally recommend them. I always use an online review company before buying anything from an unknown source. Having just done so with farmaline! I see their reviews are very mixed. Some excellent blog recommendations, as well as some dodgy reviews. That's a shame. But I have an idea!

EDIT UPDATE: I've placed a small order with farmaline this morning. I'll report back when my order arrives. Seemed the best way to test out a new company.

Hi patsyB,we sometimes eat a little to much of the wrong foods
but even so try to portion control,weigh out what your going to eat ,and you will get consistent results
 
Morning all 6.3 on this sunny morn and head ache free again last night

6.0 fasting. Nice bright start to the day down here in saga central.

Have to pull my socks up this week as very slack last week. Too much food, wine and coffee. Not enough exercise, water or sleep. Luckily the answer is staring me in the face.

The question is am I going to lose 4 pounds and run/walk 35 miles this week.

Game on!

I've no doubt you can do it @Baruney. We've all had those kind of weeks. Sometimes the mental health element of this disease takes priority & we need to relax a tad to heal our emotional health. But you have a goal...good on ya, and good luck. X

 
6.2 mmol/L this morning, despite (or because of) a large glass of pink bubbly I had with the BBQ last night.
 


Are you going to do the fat fast as you said ? Have you started a new thread for it yet? I would like to try it just to maintain my weight, as I feel certain I will pile weight on, just sitting about or walking quite carefully,
Do we need a set menu, or do we make it up as we go along?
