Getting a bit of a theme, I wish for 1 mmol/L less. But I think exercise is the key....

Happy Saturday folks. A 5.8 fasting for me today. Half an hour later, it's up to 6.4. Both numbers higher than I hoped. **** that Dawn Phenomenon. I've just got to stop going so long between eating. A piece of cheese & a nice drink of sugar-free squash is bringing my BG back down pretty quickly. Off to St. James Park later today to watch Newcastle United play a friendly before the footy season kicks off next weekend. Have a great day everyone. Best wishes & good health. X
