Shocking 6.2 the morning still aclimatising.
I ate late last night, and I did not exercise as normal. I will do a 60 minutes walk to bring levels down to more acceptable level for today.

As an aside, have they changed the way photos can be added? I have previously posted some direct from my PC but now it seems to want a URL. Anyone know how to get round this? I use the website from my PC.
If I remember rightly, IF, then along the row where the formatting stuff is there's an icon for adding photos. Does it not let you "browse" your pc from there?Bedtime 5.3
This morning 5.7 another
I frequently see 4's before tea, but yesterday I also had 4.7 before lunch, my lowest pre-lunch to date. Well chuffed with that.

5.1 this morning. Don't know how as woke up in panic thinking there was a face looking a me by the bed and then phone rang at 4.15 and 4.45. The line is broken but they can't seem to sort it so phone coming out Friday and just using mobiles thereafter. Nasty optician appointment later so can feel it's going to be one of those edgy days.( they aren't nasty but I have a phobia about eyes and have avoided going for years when I needed to go!)

5.1 this morning. To test myself I had a baked potato for the first time since diagnosis with my evening meal last night, 240g of potato, with before/1 hour/2 hour readings coming out at 4.6/10.3/6.4. My (non diabetic) wife tested at the same times on 150g of potato with readings of 6.6/7.3/6.6. I was surprised at the 10.3 which is the highest reading I have had since I got my meter in January, but I interpret this as my pancreas, while not working as it should, can still deal with carbs quite well. I did a further 2 readings at 3 and 4 hours to record 3.9 and 4.5, so it looks like there was a bit of "overshoot" and then recovery.

No. It asks for a URL
