Well my friend ... may i ask?

I have no idea of putting my figures in context. Could you advise please? Not to steal the thunder from Anne's great results

LOVE that pic !!!
Between last June and September you dropped from an hba1c of 8,8% corresponding to an average glucose reading over the previous 3 months of 11,4 mmol

To an hbA1c of 6,5% corresponding to an average glucose level of 7,8 mmol

6,5% is on the border between pre diabetes and diabetes.

Non diabetic hba1c is less than 6%

4.8 this morning. I had some interesting readings last night, I had a meal that was rather more carby than intended; beef rendang containing potatoes, dahl and cauliflower, around 85g carbs. 4.1 before, 7.1 after 1 hour and then 3.9 after 2 hours- why so low? Later it had risen to 4.8 before bed.

No morning count for me today as I stupidly left monitor behind in the office last night.

7,5 at breakfast + 1 hour and 6,6 at +2 hours

5.2 will happily take that, had no sleep for 36 hrs prior to 5hrs last night. Off to Frankfurt this afternoon to visit friends with wife and little un (11) she would not like me calling her that lol.

Hope the German food agrees with my eating habits.

Enjoy your day everyone.
