Just goes to show what it can do in a short period of time.
Welcome to the madhouse @Shecat - lots of doggies around, watch outMikeD try using QuitNet.com it really helped me when I gave up, I used the daily email system it has to receive the calculator updates to tell me how long I'd not smoked for, how many cigarettes is not smoked, lifetime saved and the biggie how much money I'd saved to date... 5 years of nonsmoking for me now, good luck and HRT helps a LOT
