If you had bothered to check, you would have found that benfotiamine is not a "NEW wonder drug". It is a derivative of vitamin B1 which was developed in Japan to treat Korsakoff's syndrome. It was patented in the US in 1962. It has been used in Europe as a prescription drug to effectively treat diabetic neuropathy since 1978.
It is not an ad. I have no monetary interest. My objective is to make Alzheimer's caregivers aware that there may be causes of dementia which may be amenable to treatment by relatively simple natural vitamins and supplements.
You are wrong, and I resent the implication that I would give a "random drug" to my wife. I have over 50 years experience evaluating natural vitamins and supplements.
