Type complications

Hi I am British just moved to Germany, I have been fine generally maintaining my type 2 diabetes I have had it for 6 years. The last 4 days I have had problems. I thought I was catching a cold, Monday night I felt warm and flushed but is never developed beyond this, I took my bloods on an accu check meter it’s said 10, this has been consistent for 3 days Levels between 10 and 11, I still feel warm, I am getting random sweats, head aches and last night I had diarrhoea. I went to the doctors yesterday he has taken bloods. I manage the diabetes with Metformin and Sitagliptin. I am worried or is this just a blip any advice welcome

Thinks I had this feeling too, no if anything my diet has improved and I am exercising more
