Hi I have been type2 for about 4 years I have a disability and cronic depression when it flares up I get angry and punish myself by not eating right if at all I feel like I have no control some days does anybody have any answers or methods to try x

Are you having treatment for your depression?

You need to see your G.P. and ask for some counselling which will help you understand why you are behaving this way.
CBT will help by changing the way you respond.
