I came across this a few weeks ago, and find it's useful. There are very few online free nutrition counters with UK food values.

It's clunky, but includes all the macronutrients. I wish they had included a standard 100gram measure as in the nutrition box on the back of packets. Some general foods and foods from other supermarkets are included.
