Rude people! Not being able to do the things I want to do.
I found that some of the supermarket own brand' plain and simple' ranges do not have sugar coating but they are few and far between!!Best thing is to cook up a batch and freeze them then you know what is in them.
 
I always have roast chicken in the freezer/fridge (have it for lunch most days), but you can cook a couple of chicken breats in about 10 minutes (in a frying pan) - you prepare the salat in the meantime! Though I know what you mean about being too knackered to cook, too!! I try and keep a few prepared/cooked items in the freezer for "those" days! :mrgreen:

I do go for the BBQ chicken wings when I have a "bad" day - but boy do I enjoy them!! :lol:

Since the sugar is on the skin( to brown it) just give that to the dog.
