Recently read an interesting book called "The Diabetes Code". While I have questions about some of his claims, his explanation of the diabetic process is the best I have seen so far.

I have found Jason Fung’s books useful in the past, but admit it is a while since I last read any of his works.
What what is it about his claims you need to question?

Some questions for you… Do you have diabetes? If so what type, and how are you managing it? Medication?
