Isophane is an insulin that needs feeding at certain times of day. Mid morning, mid-afternoon. So you fed it mid afternoon but didn't feed the hypo that was brewing (4.9 hunger)

Interesting.... I did feel more hungry than usual at that 4.9 when I had the green juice.... I generally don't seem to have too many problems with my background/isophane - but as you said, maybe this day it kicked more than usual.

... I guess, if I get pump approval, I won't need to worry about the isophane factor anymore... here's hoping...
