Hi all, I need a bit of help with changing between units. My meter measures in mmol/L, but the units my doctor and diabetic nurse now use have changed to something else. (sorry can't remember what). Does any one have a formula for changing units of a graph, that would be even better. Thanks

If your result is in mmoles/l then simply multiply by a factor of 18 and you will have the result in mg/dl.

For example 5.0 mmoles/L x18 = 90 mg/dl .
