I've been in hospital 30 days over 6 admittance this year my keystones keep raising I keep vomiting bile followed by diarrhea short of breath and very tired I can't seem to get better and hospital have sent me home many times with anti acid medication any help would be very grateful

Are you T1? How long have you been diagnosed? What insulins or other medication are you on? What do you mean by the anti acid medication? Are you in the UK?
We can't give medical advise, as we're not your doctor. But to give any advise at all we need to know more.

I'm type 1 insulin is tresiba and Novo rapid anti acid med is essameprozol yes in UK

I don't know what it is, but I have exactly the same symptoms. Sometimes I can't even manage to produce bile, but still go through the whole-body spasms of vomiting. My consultant says it is probably linked to gastroparesis - a delayed emptying of the stomach, and has put me on continuous omeprazole (related to esomaprazole, both are PPIs).

You really need to go see your GP, tell them that its an on going problem, and get referrals for tests at your local hospital.

In the meantime, think back to what you ate before each episode, see if there's a common factor. I found that large meals, or meals with lots of fibre triggered my vomiting. YMMV
