Funnily enough, I was wondering only this morning how you were trundling along. How many days are you now, without making yourself sick?

Which three things are you eating Jo? Would it be possible to make a meal using those three things, as a stepping stone to a more varied/mixed plate?
 
Amazing @Jogreen21 3 items on the plate! 2 weeks ago it was only one. Look at how far you have come in such a short time!
As @AndBreathe states keep setting modest achievable goals. If it helps there were only 4 things on my plate earlier, all with the common name of winter salad, so there you are at the point of a 'complete' meal
