Hi guys went 2 docs yesterday and he has increased my metformin now 2 am & 1 pm. Said the rise was mimimal on the scale and thats what ill see as i get older having different meds introduced and probably evenhually insulin! Was pleased with my progress but the outcome long term wasnt great
