I have taken matfourmin (my own request) 1x500mg with breakfast and 1x500mg with dinner for three months. However, I don't feel good after the medication.
My self monitor average blood sugar levels was recorded 6.2 mmol during first test in the morning. It's that still high.
Could anyone please advise if I can withdraw from the matfourmin and rely on my own strict diet and exercise?
