URGENT EYE ADVICE


I am so sorry to hear your news. Please get in touch with The RNIB and they can help you with management of your eyesight, refer you to other organisations that would help with everyday living and understanding the individuals needs.

Just a quick update
Have now been registered as sight impaired and today been referred to another eye surgeon with a possibility of going on to a corneal transplant waiting list
Will keep you all updated in the future

I have also had both eyes cataracts removed must one of the best ops going amazing results which for the surgeon appears so simple they are so blase' about it
 
Hello everyone again
Well I'm going into hospital on 20th April and they are going to replace the damaged cornea
The surgeon said it will take him about 1 year to try and get the vision back slightly in that eye
I'm so excited about having this done and hope it all goes well
I will let you know how it goes later in April
