I just noticed that the Vitabase Blood Sugar Formula contains 67mcg Chromium - <b>this is an extremely dangerous level</b>.
There was s study done in USA and published in July 2007 that showed chromium picolinate causes chromosome damage. Chromium picolinate is the only form of chromium that can be ingested - all other forms are deadly even in the most minute quantities. As a result of that study in the US the "safe" level for daily chromium uptake was lowered from 50-200mcg for an adult to 35mcg (adult male) and to 25mcg (adult female).
This Blood Sugar Formula contains almost 3 times what would be for you a safe dose of chromium. Not only does this "health food" not have any benefits fot diabetics, but it can seriously damage your health.
