Using Freestyle Libre 2 - How do I read any of the Notes I've created, please?

Scanning with Freestyle LibreLink, on Samsung Galaxy A53

I'm back using Freestyle Libre 2 again, this time on prescription. I've made odd notes, at times, usually when just scanned but I can't find how to get back into the Notes to read what I've written.

I'm hoping someone will be able to inform and enlighten me. I'll certainly be very grateful. Thanks.

Go to log book, find a day where you made a note (it will show as a square page type symbol) then click it
(I think, I've not got one on at the moment so from my memory)
