ok I don't really eat much meat ,Im not a lover of it ,im getting fed up with fish ,I want to look at vegetarian options for meals , any advice or guidelines from vegetarians ?

Celeriac mash, celeriac dauphiniose (sp). Cauli cheese, I make it with broccoli and leeks mixed in too. Sauce is made with a tub of philly and added chedder. Stirfries made with tofu and lots of green veg.

im kind of odd as I don't like cheese or celeriac either but thank you for your reply

There's a ton of vegetarian options to choose from in the DCUK cookbooks. I've sampled pretty much every dish in the cookbooks when we were testing out the recipes and they're pretty darn nice. You can download our most recent one > here <

Edit; forgot to mention that if you low carb, be sure to check the nutritional values at the bottom of the recipes. Most dishes are low carb but some aren't.

thank you , im not particularly a low carber but I try to limit portion size
