Vegetarian

I am ok with quinoa thats high in protein .. the wife is always saying that meat eaters worry way too much about where vegetarians get their protein from .. As she's a life long veggie I don't like to question her wisdom .. I have only been veggie about 25 years .. would rather eat my own arm alive than a dead animal !! But the wife again says that not everyone could live on a veggie diet ... some folk need fish or flesh to survive .. where as she and I need vegetables

I've recently discovered sesame flour as an alternative to ground almonds for my baking, and it seems to have almost double the protein content - so it might be worth investigating?

@SunnyExpat I would say you need to try it as it is awesome but we are going to try some different flours and see how it works, so maybe then I can say "go on, try it!)

@Robbity, we have never tried sesame flour, will have a look for it. The coconut flour definitely didn't work with the pakora last night. Yuck
