Seems I have to keep my veggies consumption very small or I'm always bloated. I LOVE veggies. I've tried enzymes to no avail. Salad AND veggies in one meal is too much. I guess I've always needed small meals and salads add a lot of bulk.
Anyone else have issues with veggies and digestion? Certain veggies?

I can eat any veggie as long as it's lightly steamed or cabbage that has been stitting in vinegar and salt for a bit.
But raw Broccoli or cauliflower bloats me as well. It's something new for me.
