Yes and since we talked about low carbs I tried having egg and bacon and other low carb ideas and I would say I have (in such a small space of time!) seen the differenceThat's great news. Onwards & upwards, eating the right things in the right portion size can make a world of difference. The main thing is your health will only get better.
Great news , I was really unwell as my numbers dropped ...my hba1c on diagnoses took a while to come down ,,did not know it could come down that fast ...gosh all in a week of being diagnosedThank you! No I have actually felt much better. I think part of that has been mental attitude, that I'm just so happy to have a reason why I have been so very awful! Now I just need to gain the knowledge of a long term lifestyle change.
Yes that's the key, knowing what to eat that's not going to cause high levels. Your a ★Yes and since we talked about low carbs I tried having egg and bacon and other low carb ideas and I would say I have (in such a small space of time!) seen the difference

Sorry I just have to share with people who will understand my joy! I'm very newly diagnosed, this week in fact! My levels were very high- as far up as 29. But I'm so pleased that today I have managed to get as low as a 7!
Already I'm feeling so much better! And of course I have been emotionally upset with the news I'm diabetic but any things is better than the way I have been feeling for the past month or so!
I get this, I felt so bad for so long before I was diagnosed. I felt relief when diagnosed, and it became something that I could manage. Well done with the BG, it's a journey, but one worth taking. You will have high points and low points in this journey, one high point for me was snowboarding without issues or stress which I achieved last month, we can do anything normal!
