Very high or very low BS after exercising

I mean split the total dose of Insulatard into 2 doses, instead of just one per 24 hours. How you do this ie what times / time differences and what ration eg 50% each dose or 60% / 40% is down to experimentation. However, please ask your diabetes team for advice, as that's how I wokred out what works for me. Short acting insulin doses are unchanged, as what you are trying to achieve is more optimal basal doeses.
