Vildagliptin

Does anyone who takes vildagliiptin (Gulvus) have any side effects ?. I take 50mg twice a day. I was prescribed this after a bad reaction to Metformin, could not leave the sight of a toilet for 3 months! and finally after pleading with the doctor that i was never going to get used to Metformin he changed me onto Gulvus. Since i have been taking this I have had blocked sinus and cold like symptons. I can live wiith this but would like to know of this is common.

I took Gulvus for 5 years and also suffered from blocked sinuses but after the nightmare of metformin it seemed a small price to pay .
