Vitamins

I was wondering if special diabetic vitamins are worth it? I've ordered some diabetone after reading good reviews on Amazon but they seem quite expensive are they worth it? Has anyone noticed any benefits or would normal vitamins do the same thing? Thanks
 
I just take a garden variety multi vitamin and that an only just in case.
if you think you have a deficiency, get the dr to include D/B/iron etc in your bloods next time [you are going today, are they taking blood?]
 
They took blood last week so will get results today I am just trying to find ways to help myself as much as possible

relax, get some cocoa powder, cream, water, vanilla concentrate and peppermint essence and make yourself a nice hot chocolate.
start the topic tomorrow about your diet and we can all put our tuppence worth in

Wait on your results, you shouldn't need vits as your diet should be able to provide all the nutrients you need, if your found to be deficient then your gp will advise, no point in spending good money on vits that you don't need.
