Went to wagamamma for lunch Today. Their website has all the nutritional values for all their meals. For somewhere that I had previously thought was fairly healthy it was a shock! Figures like 140g of carbs for a lot of the meals!! I'm sure I've read on here that the max bolus insulin in one sitting is 10units so I couldn't even contemplate eating 140g of carbs!
Wagamamma is fairly healthy actually, they use a load of veg and protien in each meal and although it has high carb levels they are things like rice or rice noodles. These are not deep fried or full of fat unlike other places.
What are you looking for for a healthy meal out? I actually recommend nandos for carb free and just fill up on chicken
