I drink a lot of water on a normal day 3 litres+ . Since Monday I have drunk roughly 5 litres a day, I drink to the colour of my pee, try to keep it the colour of straw, but I seem to become very dehydrated during the night, not through sweat as I've been cool and I have my chillow, so what's making me so dried out, BG has been not too bad sitting in low 6s though on Monday it did go 13
