hello guys i am a 16 year old diabetic in life i have always struggled to put on weight. i am 7st and 5ft 3.
for my height i am really underweight and i want to change this i am willing to change my diet do more exercise or go to the gym.
i was wondering if anyone on here was a personal trainer with some tips or a dietitian or maybe just know what they are talking about.
please mail me or just reply want to change this and have a healthy body

Speak with your hospitals dietitian, they will advise you on how to increase your calorie intake so that you gain a little weight.
 
My dietitian wasnt great in this area - she just told me to drink a glass of full fat milk everyday! I am eating a lot of cheese at the moment, low carb high fat (the harder the cheese the higher the fat). Thats all I can suggest really!! Hopefully someone else can offer more educated advice!
