Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions for weight loss - or weight loss pills? I'm type 1 and do exercise, but I need to lose weight! Any suggestions please???
You'd have to ask your doctor about taking weight loss pills! Try keeping a food diary for a week and then look at portion sizes/fats etc to see if you can cut down without compromising your insulin intake etc.
I agree with above post regarding less calories = weight loss. Technically you should be able to follow a weight watchers plan to lose weight, it depends on what works for you.
