Thanks Catherine, I've been more or less stuck for months after a Big loss Now Christmas eating is over, I'm back to concentrrating on the weight, without letting go of the Bg control.

Interesting reading. I thought it was so easy to lose weight thanks to the diabetes diet and then after losing 5 stones in as many months I stuck and not an ounce off since June. Need to motivate myself in the new year :?
