@Mr c
Your blood sugar level is 46 mmol/l? get to hospital immediately
If you mean your HbA1c is 46 then don't
What were you diagnosed with?

It's been over this year the weight has fell off me I use to self test but when meter came obsolete I went to doctors to get a new one they said no need this was a while back now

I think you should get them to check your diagnosis.. although an HbA1c of 46 mmol/m is pre diabetic.
How long ago was this done?

@Mr c - I totally agree; if you have been losing weight, without intending to, that needs to be checked.

How are you feeling in yourself?

Personally? Id want them to test my blood sugars there and then, but I would also want a full blood panel too. When was your thyroid last checked? Under certain circumstances that can trigger weight loss.

Absolutely. Someone I know has a confirmed thyroid issue she is having some removed. She eats for England. I mean really pack's it away and is losing weight hand over fist. Sooner their gone the better.

Thyroids are very complicated things Spl@ - Surgery is not an unusual treatment, but certainly much less usual that medication, in most cases.
