I am a 40 year diabetic insulin dependent on an insulin pump, I maintain a 6.1 to 6.5 a1c, I’ve a renal transplant I am 77 years old and in the last few years I have gained weight, I am on the keto diet, which has helped lose a few pounds, but I want to lose another 25. Drs. have told me it’s probably due to the medication I am taking, so I won’t reject the kidney that is me losing weight. Has anyone had a similar experience or I would like to have any advice on how to lose more weight. My name is Gary.
