Apart from one low - my own fault. A half bottle of rose wine for breakfast is not recomended.
I learnt several things though, the main one being an 18 year old daughter is not old enough or responsible enough to be left alone at home. Her older brother did visit a few times only to be told to ****** off she did not need a baby sitter. Home was a total mess and we will need a break to recover from the clean up.
Off to clinic for blood tests tomorrow, I know my next HBA1C is going to be high after 2 weeks of excess.
